I’ve been toying with the idea of building a fixed gear for quite some time and i’ve spent probably the past 6-8 months, scouring the internet for all things related to fixed gear bikes.

So i’ve baked little cup-cake type things, a quad coloured sponge and a HULK cake… Time for something a little bit more exciting… The Manchester Tart!

Preston finally got some sunshine for the first time in about 8 months. After the mad winter that we had and lack of summer last year, hopefully this spring may be the first signs of a good summer. Photo’s inside.

Back to normality for a little while. This weekend, me and my lady decided to make some normal type cupcakes.
